Subscription Orders

When purchasing a Miraclenoodle Meals Plan you are billed for the first week only at the time of purchase. All Miraclenoodle Meals Plans are subscription plans and you will be billed weekly for each delivery. If you wish to pause, cancel or modify your plan you must make these changes 48 hours prior to each delivery.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery, your plan subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged for any further renewal. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery, your plan subscription will renew for one more week, and you will be charged for that week, but after that your plan subscription will not renew and you will not be charged for any further renewal.

 

PAUSE OR CANCEL A PLAN

You may pause or cancel a plan at anytime as long as you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your next scheduled delivery.  Example: If you are scheduled to receive your next delivery on Tuesday, you must notify us of a cancel or pause before Sunday.  You can cancel your plan via email support@miraclenoodles.com). If you fail to provide us with the full 48-hour notice, we will do our best to cancel/pause the plan but will not guarantee it.  If your plan has already been entered into our production reporting system, you will be responsible for the full payment.

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

We use a third party carrier, Fed Ex to deliver your food packages and provide you with tracking information for every package.  It is very important that you provide us with the proper shipping information and any special instructions the delivery driver may need.  For any shipping error that is caused by the carrier (including damaged packages or delayed deliveries), we will issue you a replacement delivery or replacement products at no additional charge.  Please note, may ask for pictures and often ask you to return the original shipment.  For any shipping error caused by a mistake or omission of shipping information provided by the customer, we will provide our customers one courtesy replacement shipment per year at a 50% discount of their purchase price.
